My Story
Seminole Real Estate Fund or “SemREF”, as it is known, was established in 2020 as the real estate investment vehicle for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Sovereign Wealth Fund. SemREF invests in core multifamily income-producing assets located in major markets with the dual intentions to generate sustainable and verifiable annual income coupled with long-term asset appreciation. SemREF also reviews opportunities with best-in-class merchant builders for its “Build to Core” strategy. SemREF is staffed by an experienced team of institutional investment professionals specializing in acquisitions, asset management and finance. SemREF is headquartered on the Seminole Tribe’s Hollywood Florida Reservation.
